Accepted Payment Methods
Our store accepts Visa, Mastercard, Novus, iBill & Pay-Pal. As well as payment by check, money order, or wire transfer. Please call to arrange payment by wire transfer.

Our Return Policy

General Terms

Please note that all purchases of custom built systems and prepackaged partner product sales are final.

Some products may come with a manufacturer's Money Back Guarantee (MBG). In these instances, please directly contact the manufacturer. Defective products will be accepted for exchange or repair, at our discretion, within 15 days from receipt. (No refunds or credit.) After 15 days, the terms of the manufacturer's warranty apply. Please contact the manufacturer directly.

Software

Defective software products may be exchanged for the same title only. Non-defective software that has been opened is not returnable under any circumstances unless the manufacturer offers a Money Back Guarantee (MBG). In this instance, please directly contact the manufacturer of the software title. All software is subject to license agreements or terms established by the software publisher. Be sure to read and agree to the license before using the software.

Exceptions

The following manufacturers' products may not be exchanged or returned to us under any circumstance - ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Return Procedures

Returns must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all original packaging, manuals, registration card(s), software, cabling and accessories. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.

No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA) number. To request a Return Authorization, please call your Account Executive. RA numbers are valid for 10 business days after issue, and must be recovered in our warehouse within that time period.

Your RA number(s) must appear clearly on the shipping label of the return shipment. An RA label has been provided on the back of your order for your convenience. Fill it out and tape it on the box you are returning. Please do not mark the box itself in any other way.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All authorized returns must include a shipment tracking number.

Subsequent to an approval authorization, a credit to an account or issuance of a check may take up to 30 days.

If a product is not in stock when you place your order, we will do our best to let you know. We will also provide you with our best estimate of when the product will be available. At this time, we will offer alternative items that you may choose to accept in place of original order. Anticipated delivery dates are dependent on our suppliers and other factors beyond our control, and are subject to change.

If we become out of stock for any item, and cannot ship it within a reasonable time period, we will give you a rain check and/ or 10 percent coupon on any purchase in our catalog.

If at any time, for any reason, an item bought from us from any manufacturer gives any problem, and you have exausted all procedure to tend with them, then we personally get involved if that manufacturer fails to satisfactorily compensate our clients. This means, we back you fully towards manufacturers warranty. Just contact us via email or phone, to let us know of the problem, and we will personally assist you with getting, issue resolved. We will not just set you adrift, in the sea of not work rightness.
