1. What happens if something is back ordered, out of stock/discontinued?

ANSWER: Due to constant demand on certain items we try our best to stay in stock of items. If a product becomes out-of stock we will go through every avenue to get that product in stock and to you in a timely matter. We will notify you if there is a replacement possibility for any item that may delay a shipment. If an item becomes discontinued than there is a replacement part already in place. If there isn’t a replacement part then the manufacture is no longer producing the product or carrying a stock of the item. In either case we will notify you of any problem.

ANSWER: We do encourage and take phone orders, if you have any questions about configuring a system you can call 1-800-876-8088 or email at sales@vmdoggi.net. We do not take parts only orders by phone. We also cannot provided for any technical or compatibility advice for parts sales.
