Da’Doggi Customer Service FAQs
How do I contact customer service?

For now until we upgrade our call center, email is the way to contact us at Da' Doggi 24/7.

You will be given a direct number and email of your account manager (their name is at the bottom of your invoice).

That person will help with returns, order status, refunds, and any other questions you may have.

If your account manager is unavailable, don't worry.

You will be assisted by the next availble sales department rep.

Other ways to reach us:

Facsimile: (561) 892-8257

Postal-Mail: VMDoggi Computer Shops, Inc. 3550 West Century Blvd., Inglewood, CA. 90303

We respond to faxes and e-mails within one business day (24 Hours) of receiving them; if you have a complicated problem, it may take a little longer, but we'll call you within one business day to let you know we're working on it.

Q - I didn't get a packing slip.

A - First check between the pages of the catalog that was included with your order; our warehouse puts it there so it won't slip between items or inside boxes (or even out of the packing box entirely) while in transit.

If you still can't find your packing slip, please call us and we'll be pleased to fax or mail you a copy.

Q - My order is missing items.

A - If there's an item listed on the packing slip that you didn't receive, call us immediately.

We will need you to fax or mail us a copy of your packing slip -- there's information on it we need for our research.

If you open the manufacturer's box and find that components or accessories that were supposed to be included are missing, call us.

We'll need to determine if the missing items should have been bundled by us or if they were supposed to be sent by the manufacturer.

If it's our mistake, we'll send them to you within a few days, plus we’ll send a free gift as a token of our condolences.

If the manufacturer made the mistake, we can call them to have these items sent to you, but most of the time you'll get much faster service from the manufacturer by calling yourself.

Sorry, but our suppliers will not provide us extra accessories, software or cables that we can send out ourselves in these situations.

We regret that we cannot contact Apple on your behalf, as per their policy.

Missing parts of Apple products should be reported directly to Apple Computer at 800-776-2333.

Q - My package was damaged during shipping.

A - Please call us immediately so we can file a claim with the shipping company.

We only have 15 days from the day we shipped your order to you to file a claim; after 15 days, the shippers will not allow us to file.

When we file the claim, the shipper will send a representative to inspect the package on-site, or will have it returned to us to be inspected at our warehouse.

A claim can take a week or more to resolve; please be patient as we work with the shipping company to resolve the matter.

Q - What forms of payment do you accept?

A - At this time, VMDoggi Computer Shops accepts the following payment methods:

VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express,Western Union,eCheck, Pay-Pal, & others options.

We do not process C. O. D. orders at this time except by escrow service.

We can only process orders made with company checks, personal checks, and money orders once the bank of issue clears it.

We do not charge your credit card for an item until it is shipped.

All credit card orders are subject to verification and approval by the card-issuing bank.

For your protection, credit card orders shipped to an address other than your billing address may require additional verification.

Q Do you guarantee your products or services?
A Yes, we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all products as long as you return the product in good condition with the original packaging materials.

Please call for a return number. Click here for more information.

Q Is it safe to use my credit card?

VMDoggi Computer Shops, Inc. guarantees that every transaction that you make with us through our web site will be 100% safe.

This means that you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shipping at VMDoggi Computer Shops.

Please see our Security and Privacy Policies for more details.

How much do you charge for shipping and handling?

We charge a shipping fee based upon the shipment method that you select at Checkout.

We currently offer three shipping methods: UPS Ground, FedEx Next Day, and FedEx Saturday delivery.

We charge a handling fee on most orders to help cover our warehousing, order processing, systems and overhead costs.

This fee is calculated at Checkout based upon your order size.

Why do you or don't you charge sales tax?

Most states require that taxes must be collected on sales transactions between residents and merchants that are both physically located in that state.

We have only a physical point of presence, or nexus, in the state of California.

When we ship orders to residents of California, we are required by law to collect the applicable state sales taxes and pay them to the taxation authority in the respective state.

Occasionally, we may also be required to collect sales taxes for other states, under certain conditions.

Any time that we have a legal obligation to collect state sales taxes, we add the appropriate charges to the order and inform you of such.

Contrary to what you may have heard, there is no moratorium or ban on collecting sales taxes for orders placed over the Internet.

The Internet Tax Freedom Act of October 21, 1998 only restricts the states from applying multiple or discriminatory taxes on Internet commerce.

In other words, it prevents the states from passing new types of Internet-specific sales taxes, but it does not exempt Internet transactions from previously enacted state sales tax laws.

The Internet Tax Freedom Act provides this protection through October 21, 2001.

If you or your organization has been approved for tax-exempt status in your state, please contact a VMDoggi Computer Shops Customer Service Representative.

What is your return policy?

At VMDoggi Computer Shops, we want you very much to have a satisfactory shopping experience with us.

Occasionally, an item will need to be returned and we have tried to make that process as simple as possible.

What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet?

That's fine, simply continue through the ordering process until it asks you for a credit card number, then simply choose "check" or "phone" as a payment option and we will receive your order electronically.

You can then give us your credit card number over the phone, or write us a check, and as soon as we receive and confirm payment, we'll ship your order.
