In order to return the product to VMDoggi, you must contact our Customer Support Team within thirty (30) days from the data of initial purchase/invoice and obtain a R.A. number for the product that you wish to return.
You must then return the product within fifteen (15) days from receipt of the R.A. number.

VMDoggi will refund the original purchase price of the product, accessories, unperformed services and any applicable sales taxes.
While shipping, handling, insurance or other fees for services rendered that you paid for during the initial purchase, are not refundable and will be subtracted from your refund.

You are responsible for all shipping, handling and insurance charges required to return the product to VMDoggi's factory, and any of these charges paid by VMDoggi, will be subtracted from your refund.
