Sure, they may offer name brand components, but, are they current products or discontinued or remanufactured parts.

It’s quite probable you’ll find that several commonly used & needed parts will cost extra.

For instance:

A complete system is considered as a case, a motherboard, a CPU, memory, harddrive & a floppy...that may or may not include a warranty.
If it does, it may not be more than 12 months, if that much.

Even with a limited warranty, any needs of service that may come up may not fit within their guidelines of worthiness of their assistance, but they may make suggestions that don’t do much to help Da’ situation.

Then, they may offer to upgrade your system for additional fees that shall drastically multiply Da’ original cost of Da’ system, which primarily is Da’ ploy in Da’ first place.

They know you’ll need a mouse, keyboard, a monitor & possibly speakers & a modem to get on Da’ internet.

And don’t forget, you’ll need an operating system such as windows to even use Da’ system to any extent.

You may also need word processing & graphics software.

If you want to play games or use certain software applications, you’ll probably need certain software drivers, that they will gladly help you out with by installing as well…for another additional fee.

So, eventually, when you wake up from your hazy gladness of getting a great deal on a computer system, you’ll realize that you spent a whole lot more than you had anticipated saving, & probably can list many more things you need or desire for your system, but decide to hold off for now since your pocket is still sore from Da’ last encounter with that nice dealmaker of a computer seller.
